About Us

Esprit Dance Team is an independent competitive dance team dedicated to excellence in performance, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Since its founding in 1990, esprit is based in Wauwatosa as a 501c3.

 

Esprit has built a strong reputation through rigorous training, high-caliber competitions, and community involvement. The team welcomes both experienced and new dancers, fostering personal growth and camaraderie.

 

Esprit has achieved notable success, including winning the 2013 Small Varsity Pom Championship and placing in multiple prestigious competitions. The team has frequently been recognized as one of the “Best in the Midwest,” earning invitations to perform at Disney World. Additionally, Esprit has received numerous sportsmanship awards, highlighting its commitment to character-building and teamwork.
